The "Planning Outline" pointed out that strengthening infrastructure construction, unblocking external communication channels, improving the level of internal connectivity, and promoting the formation of an infrastructure network with reasonable layout, complete functions, smooth connection and efficient operation will provide strong economic and social development for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District. support. Taking the four central cities of Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the core engines of regional development, we will continue to play our comparative advantages to become better and stronger, and enhance the radiation-driven role of the development of the surrounding areas.

 

Dawan District of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao is located at the forefront of China's coastal opening, with the Pan-Pearl River Delta region as a broad development hinterland. It has an important position in the construction of the Belt and Roadand has convenient transportation conditions. It has the international shipping center and throughput of Hong Kong. Important ports such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as internationally influential aviation hubs such as Hong Kong, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, are conducive to the accelerated formation of modern integrated transportation systems. The "Planning Outline" also proposes that in order to facilitate the facilitation of personnel cargo transactions, it is necessary to study and formulate the traffic policy and supporting traffic management measures for Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland to promote the development of transportation logistics.

Link Hong Kong to build an open and innovative industrial system and accelerate the move to the high end of the global value chain. Support the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Qianhai United Trading Center to build a commodity trading platform for domestic and foreign customers, and explore a new model for serving the real economy.
