Recently, our group arrived in Hetian, Xinjiang for a one-week visit and signed an investment cooperation framework agreement with the Administrative Office of Hetian District of Xinjiang. The agreement involves a number of cooperation between our group and the Xinjiang Hotan area, including mineral resources development and solar photovoltaic power generation projects. The agricultural products project and the airport logistics park project have received strong support from the local government departments.

The Hetian area is located at the southernmost tip of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The Kunlun Mountains in the south are connected to the Tibet Autonomous Region. The north is deeper into the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert and borders on Awati County in the Aksu Prefecture. The east is adjacent to the Bayingolg Mongol Autonomous Prefecture and the Qiong County. The mountain is adjacent to the Kashmir region, which is actually controlled by India and Pakistan. The border line is 210 kilometers long. The total area is 247,800 square kilometers, of which 33.3% are mountainous, 63% are desert Gobi, and 3.7% are oasis. They are divided into more than 300 pieces by size in the desert and Gobi. The core strategy of China's Eurasia bridge is to be Ground.

There are 61 kinds of minerals discovered in Hotan area, including 6 kinds of energy minerals, including coal, natural gas, oil, oil shale, hot springs and uranium; 15 kinds of metal minerals, including iron, manganese, copper, gold, silver and antimony. Mercury, lead, zinc, nickel, magnesium, lithium, strontium, barium, strontium; 9 kinds of non-metallic minerals of chemical raw materials, including sulfur, salt, boron, strontium nitrate, potassium-containing rock, serpentinite, barite, yellow iron Minerals, phosphate rock; 18 building materials minerals, including gypsum, asbestos, graphite, fluorite, cement limestone, clay, glass quartzite, ceramic feldspar, brick clay, loess, marble, basalt, crystal, ice Zhoushi, muscovite, garnet, sandstone and kaolin; 5 kinds of metallurgical auxiliary minerals, including magnesite, dolomite, quartzite, clay and limestone, 6 kinds of gemstone minerals, Hetian jade, Kunlun jade, diamond , agate, garnet and beryl. The dominant minerals and specialty minerals are mainly Hetian jade, rare metals, antimony, gold and mercury. There are 27 mineral deposits of various types and 168 mines. By 2006, the Hetianhe gas field with proven reserves of mineral resources had a geological reserve of 61.6 billion cubic meters, a recoverable reserve of 44.5 billion cubic meters, and a coal recoverable reserve of 200 million tons.

Hotan is a region with abundant solar energy resources in China. The total amount of solar radiation is large. The fruit trees, vegetables and fruits of the same variety are thick and colorful in this area, and the quality generally exceeds the origin. Hotan is one of the warmest areas in Xinjiang and has a wealth of heat, which is extremely beneficial to the production of clothing in the region. There is no frost period and large temperature difference, which is conducive to the accumulation of photosynthetic products of crops, can increase the sugar content and weight of cotton bolls. In winter, there is less snowfall and less cloudy days. From October to February, there is plenty of sunshine, which is suitable for the development of facility agriculture.

Through a few days of inspection, our group has signed several cooperation frameworks with the Administrative Office of Hotan District: The Hetian District Administrative Office supports our investment in the exploration, development, processing and derivative industry chain and supply chain construction of mineral resources in Hotan area; Investing in the construction of solar photovoltaic megawatt-scale light-quality power generation energy storage project in Hotan area; comprehensive development and utilization of gypsum mine resources, construction of gypsum industrial park; deep development and processing of agricultural resources in Hotan area; investment in development of Kunlun Mountain Range in Hetian area High-quality snow water and high-quality mineral water resources; investing in the overall investment of 5A-level tourist attractions in 17 plans in Hotan area or investing in other developable tourism resources in Hotan area; building a 1300-acre airport logistics park project in Hotan City.

Through the signing of the project investment cooperation agreement with the Administrative Office of Hotan, we saw the central government's support for poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas in Hetian, and saw the epitome of the national unity and family, hoping to support the local government.
