Recently, a delegation from CRDGC and Dayou IoT visited Gui'an National High-tech Zone in Guiyang City. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Vice Mayor, Mr. Tang Xinglun and Vice Director of Development, Mr. Wang Bing of Guiyang City. Leaders of the district introduced the regional advantages and preferential policies of the district to the delegation in detail and reached a preliminary consensus on the cooperation between the two Parties.

Gui'an National High-tech Zone in Guiyang City is the Eighth National High-tech Zone in China, and it is located in the core area of Central Guizhou Economic Zone. The district is located in the joint area of Guiyang City and Anshun City in Guizhou Province.  The area covers 21 villages and towns in 4 counties (cities and districts) under the jurisdiction of Guiyang and Anshun, with an area of 1795 square kilometers that is planned to be controlled.

Gui'an hi-tech area is the core area of the southern data center, the national big data industry cluster, the area of national big data application and innovation demonstration, the area of big data and service trade integration development demonstration, the big data innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base and the big data talent education and training base; the obvious location advantages in the this area are as follows.

First of all, Gui'an High-tech Area is the most flat and open area with the best land-use conditions, and the development and construction costs are low in Guizhou Province. It is also located in the core intersecting node of the open areas of the“Belt-and-Road”Strategy, the New Western Corridor and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA); Secondly, Gui'an New Area has high-speed rail, highway network, urban trunk road and other traffic facilities, which is convenient for keeping it in connection with the outside world and obtaining the latest updates; moreover, low labor costs, abundant energy reserves, and the rapid gathering of various high-tech industries also bring great potential to the development of the high-tech zone.

CRDGC and Dayou Iot are looking forward to taking advantage of the unique advantages of the high-tech area, and giving full play to their strengths and realize cooperation with the help of preferential policies to realize the cooperation and jointly contribute to the economic development of Southwestern areas of China.
