Under the leadership of the China Belt and Road Initiative, our group and the Indonesian government will once again negotiate on the environmental protection board project.

2018-12-12

“Belt and Road” is the abbreviation of “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”. In September and October 2013, Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed to build “New Silk Road Economic Belt” and “21 The cooperative initiative of the Century Maritime Silk Road.

After the opening of the “Belt and Road” economic zone, the number of contracted projects exceeded 3,000. In 2015, Chinese companies made direct investments in 49 countries related to the “Belt and Road”, and the investment amount increased by 18.2% year-on-year. In 2015, China's service contracting contract for the “Belt and Road” related countries amounted to US$17.83 billion, and the execution amount was US$12.15 billion, up 42.6% and 23.45% respectively.

At the end of June 2016, the China-Europe team ranked 1,881 columns, including 502 return trips, achieving a total import and export trade of 17 billion US dollars. Since June 2016, the Central European class has put on a uniform “uniform”. The dark blue container is particularly eye-catching. The brand logo is mainly red and black. It is shaped like a Mercedes-Benz train and a flying silk. It becomes a Silk Road. The best endorsement and symbol of the booming economy.

On October 3, 2013, President Xi Jinping gave a speech at the Indonesian National Assembly, and for the first time launched an initiative to jointly build the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road". An Indonesian parliamentarian who listened to the speech at the scene said, "This is another major milestone witnessed by Indonesia after the 1955 Bandung Conference."

In recent years, Indonesia’s political and social environment has been stable, and the local economy has recovered since 2016. In terms of industry, the oil and gas industry, manufacturing and agriculture are some of the most important industries in Indonesia.

In addition, due to the abundant natural resources of Indonesia and the large reserves of coal, tin, nickel, bauxite and copper mines, the mining industry is also an important source of local exports and fiscal revenue.

The unique tropical island natural and cultural landscape provides Indonesia with a wealth of tourism resources, making tourism one of the five pillar industries of the Indonesian government. Indonesia is also an important country for China to carry out overseas investment activities in the “Belt and Road” initiative.

In 2017, Indonesia's investment environment improved further, and the local business environment convenience ranking increased by 19 places compared with 2016. In order to attract foreign investment, the Indonesian government implements a “negative list” system for foreign investment.

In 2016, the Indonesian government issued the tenth economic policy plan, updated the list of negative investments, and opened up to foreign capital including granules, refrigeration, pharmaceutical raw materials, and e-commerce platforms (cooperating with local SMEs, foreign investment can be more than 100 billion rupiah. 100% holding, up to 49% of foreign investment below 100 billion rupees, movies, toll road operations, tourism (such as sports centers, restaurants, bars, cafes) and other industries.

In October 2013, during the state visit to Indonesia, Chinese President Xi Jinping first proposed the construction of the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”, highlighting the importance of Indonesia in “One Road”.

As the country with the largest economy in the ASEAN region, Indonesia has great potential for future cooperation with China.

At present, Indonesia is committed to becoming a “global fulcrum” and has begun to promote the “sea highway” strategy, including the construction of 2,000 km highway, 10 new airports, 10 new seaports and 10 industrial parks in the future, thus improving domestic land and sea. The interconnection of the air and the promotion of infrastructure projects such as energy, communications and electricity are highly compatible with the “One Belt, One Road” initiative.

In the future, the two sides can focus on the "One Belt, One Road" initiative and the "sea highway" strategy around the hotspots such as infrastructure construction, and deepen the level of interconnection between the two countries.

In view of the lag in Indonesia's infrastructure construction, the Indonesian government has placed infrastructure construction at the top of national development.

In 2011-2025, 367 infrastructure projects will be launched with a total value of US$440 billion. The Indonesian government says that about 40%-50% of the funds need to be obtained by attracting private investment.

In order to promote the construction of the “Belt and Road”, the Chinese government promised to invest 50 billion U.S. dollars in infrastructure construction in Indonesia in 2015, covering railways, power plants, toll roads, etc., and the potential of local infrastructure investment is still huge.

At this favorable opportunity, our group and the Indonesian government negotiated on the environmental protection board house project:

The movable board room is a new type of environmental protection facility. With the development of the economy, the living standards of people in Indonesia have improved, and improving the living environment has become a key issue for people's consumption. Indonesia is the fourth largest population country in the world. It is expected that the population will double by 2030. As the population grows, the problem of environmental pollution should also be paid attention to in advance. If there is a new type of material to alleviate the environmental pollution, it will appear. Especially important.

Just in this extremely urgent state, the new environmental protection activity board room can not only alleviate environmental pollution, but also shockproof, moisture-proof, anti-pollution, and complete internal living facilities. Fireproof and thermal insulation, but also can be moved at any time, wherever you want to move, because it can adapt to different environments. In some developed countries in Europe and the United States in the early years, the activity board house became a hot house for people to live in. It was hot and fashionable.

This new type of environmentally-friendly material movable panel house does not require building materials such as reinforced concrete when it is built, so naturally it will not produce any construction waste when it is built, which is in line with the concept of green environmental protection.

In this project, our group will cooperate with the Indonesian government to set up a set of environmental protection activity board houses to solve the real life problems for the local people in Indonesia. Our group will conduct further negotiations with the Indonesian government on the environmental protection board house project in the near future.
